Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations must be advised in writing to email@example.com and your registration fee will be refundable subject to the following conditions:
Registration and Masterclass Cancellations
All cancellations received on or prior to 30 March 2020 will incur a $110 administration fee. No refund will be provided if a registrant cancels after 30 March 2020 or if a registrant fails to attend an event, however an alternate name can be provided to firstname.lastname@example.org to transfer the registration to at no charge.
Non-payment of registration fees will result in registration not being confirmed. All fees being expressed are GST inclusive.
All function cancellations received on or prior to 30 March 2020 will be fully refunded. No refund will be provided if a registrant cancels after 30 March 2020 or if a registrant fails to attend a function, however an alternate name can be provided to email@example.com to transfer the function ticket to at no charge.
Non-payment of fees will result in function tickets not being confirmed. Functions included in a registration package are not valid for a refund or transfer. All fees being expressed are GST inclusive.
You may cancel or change your accommodation by written notice to Audiology Australia via firstname.lastname@example.org. For accommodation cancellation policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies noted on the website.
Terms and Conditions
Audiology Australia reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and/or presenters, vary prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity without notice. If changes are made to the event, Audiology Australia will use its best efforts to maintain equivalent standards. Audiology Australia reserves the right to cancel an activity due to insufficient numbers – registrants will be notified if this occurs and activity value will be refunded. No compensation will be made to loss of funds for any travel or accommodation bookings should the event be cancelled.
Audiology Australia takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of events on the Audiology Australia 2020 Conference website are correct at the time of online publication. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Early bird and promotional ticket offers are only available at the lower price whilst the allocation lasts and during the designated sale period. Audiology Australia reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
Although Audiology Australia will make reasonable efforts to ensure all registrants have the opportunity to attend all events, some events will have limited places available and are dealt with on a “first-in” basis. Failure to attend events without notifying Audiology Australia may result in restricted access to certain events in the future.
Audiology Australia will ensure every effort is made to meet your specific dietary requirement/s however this cannot be guaranteed.
Audiology Australia may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this the event website. Delegates are bound by any such revisions.
The opinions expressed in presentations at this event are those of the presenter and do not necessarily reflect the views of Audiology Australia Ltd. Audiology Australia disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation for liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages and costs you might incur as a result of the information presented being inaccurate or incomplete in any way, and for any reason reliance was placed on such information.
Delegate’s rights and obligations
By registering, you warrant your details as provided are true and correct.
You must comply with any conditions, rules, regulations or usage requirements of the Venue or of Audiology Australia in connection with a Session or Event.
Audiology Australia reserves the right, without any liability, to refuse admission to, or to eject you from a Session or an Event, in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation), for failure to comply with these Terms or if in the opinion of Audiology Australia you represent a security risk or disruption to the running of a Session or Event.
Photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is prohibited at a Session or an Event without prior written consent from Audiology Australia.
Please note that information you provide will be collected for the purposes of processing your registration and recording your attendance. Audiology Australia may also use this information to provide you with information in relation to future programs which may be relevant to you.
Photographs and video recordings may be taken at the event for use on various Audiology Australia materials and publications, online and print. By registering for this event, you consent to Audiology Australia photographing, recording and using your image and likeness. If you would not like Audiology Australia to photograph or record you, please let an Audiology Australia representative know at the event.
By submitting a Registration Form, you consent to the Audiology Australia collecting, using and disclosing your personal information (including credit card information) to administer this Event. This may include the production of delegate lists and photographs for marketing and related uses and updating your continual professional development record, unless notified otherwise. Event: includes any Audiology Australia activity for which tickets are required which may include activities, programs, talks, tours or other events.
A Delegate: is a Ticket holder or other person to whom these Terms and Conditions apply.
Ticket: means any valid ticket, e-ticket or wristband that a delegate has acquired which permits the delegate to attend an Event.
Venue: means the site at which an Audiology Australia event is held.
